If "Walking with Dinosaurs" comes to your town, you owe it to yourself to see it.

That is, if you love dinosaurs.

It was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen in my entire life. I had goosebumps for two straight hours.

I should preface this by saying I'm not a Republican....

On arriving at the restaurant where we were eating dinner tonight we drove around a very full parking lot looking for a space. Some asshat decided to take up a space and half. Plastered across his bumper was an enormous sticker proclaiming "Proud to be a Democrat!" to which I responded "Proud to be an ass, more like it."

April was quite upset by this sticker. She is a Democrat.

Maybe if I was more Japanese, I'd be less horrified.

Closed Captioning for the Cognition Impaired provided by....

At the bar tonight while grabbing some dinner, the wife and I were watching footage from yesterday's Minnesota bridge collapse on CNN. She was just about to lose it and start crying, when the closed-captioning flashed the nugget "Rememberism of Jerpz" in the middle of the sentence. It took us both so out of it contextually that we were unable to recover for a good 30-45 seconds before finally being able to re-understand the words on the screen.
